My husband and I have traveled across the US, and can confidently say that this is the BEST breakfast we have ever had! It is family owned and the service is unbeatable! They are extremely quick, but always serve quality food! We still drive from out of town just to get it sometimes! Support this small business and you won't be sorry! 10/10

I loved my ny strip rib, Mac and cheese and my appetizer of onion soup! I honestly should have taken a picture but I didn’t.My husband ordered a shrimp cocktail which he loved. And his meal was ribeye steak with a potatoe side! Very well rounded out meal altogetherAnywho, the one issue I had was the broken glass that was outside on there parking lot. My husband drive back home because he didn’t want me running over it.Other than that very good and amazing experience for our local steakhouse.

Great food and customer service. Until last time I went in for breakfast I didn't realize who my server was. I had been there many times. I left my coffee drink I had bought in with me at counter when went to pay our tab and he called me by name. My roommates name was on cup since he had paid for it. I was like how does this person know my name. Then I figured it out after seeing reviews and posts about him and the restaurant. He remembered my name from over 21 years ago when he was a teenager and I lived here for a short time.

I love this place! They always have a smile on thier face and treat you like you're a friend. I highly recommend The Dakotan Restaurant to anyone who needs breakfast or lunch when they are in Watford! Breakfast this morning was absolutely perfect!

This is a family owned restaurant and you can tell. The food is great. The service is very good. Then the smaller restaurant is perfect for the smaller town. Hands down this is one of the best places to go for an early breakfast. Earlier the better. The small size can make the place fill up some times.
